Who we are
Austin Commercial Sites is a commercial real estate team in Austin, Texas, with Foresite Commercial Real Estate as its sponsoring broker. Tristen Palori, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent (#717593), operates this website. What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use a contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, whether you need space or own property, and your answers about property type, size, area, timing, budget, or address, plus any message you write.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you share.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and the site does not require cookies to work. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy to say which service we use and how to opt out.
How we use it
We use the information you send to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your real estate needs.
- Research and send you properties, market information, or a lease review you asked for.
- Keep records of our communications as required for our work as a licensed real estate agent.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to respond to you and run the site:
- Service providers. Form submissions are delivered to us through Slack, and the site is hosted on Railway. These providers process the information on our behalf.
- Foresite Commercial Real Estate. As our sponsoring broker, Foresite may access records related to real estate services we provide to you.
- Other parties in your transaction, with your direction. For example, landlords, sellers, or their brokers when we are working on a deal for you.
- When required by law. If we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to work with you and to meet record-keeping requirements for real estate license holders, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. Email tpalori@foresitecre.com or call 512-580-7800, and we will respond promptly. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial information such as bank or card numbers through our forms or by email.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date.
