1. The Two Step
Capella’s Project Two Step in Kyle, Texas, is a 45.2-acre mixed-use development located along IH-35 Frontage Road. It includes an outdoor amphitheater, restaurants, retail outlets, offices, a hotel, townhomes, residential flats, and ponds.
The project also features high-end multifamily housing, a beer garden, rooftop pickleball courts, and a large pond. Designed for convenience and economic prosperity, it integrates Kyle’s heritage with murals and monuments, and offers connectivity and amenities like the Vybe Trail, ample parking, and water features for recreational activities.
2. Northline
The 116-acre Leander development features 343 multifamily units and 25 townhomes, along with retail, office, medical office, hotel, civic buildings, and condos.
Key amenities include a town square, signature parks, civic spaces with water features, playscapes, and trails.

3. The Bell District
The Bell District in Cedar Park is a mixed-use block will feature high-quality apartments, retail, and parking, with a culinary-forward retail strategy and 16 acres of green space.
The first phase opens in 2024, with $15.3 million from the community development corporation and $1.4 million from the utility fund for infrastructure.

4. Uptown ATX
Uptown ATX, next to the Domain, is a 66-acre, $3 billion mixed-use development in North Austin. It features nearly 7 million square feet of workspace, retail, hospitality, and multifamily units.
It will also be including 348,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 341 apartments, and 15,000 square feet of retail. The community offers 11 acres of green space, a new CapMetro rail station, and various amenities
5. Brodie Oaks
The Brodie Oaks Redevelopment in Southwest Austin, will transform 37.6 acres into a mixed-use district with 13.7 acres of open space.
Includes 1.26 million square feet of office space, 1,700 residential units, restaurants, retail shops, a grocery store, and a potential hotel. This project will offer park space, views of downtown Austin and the Hill Country

6. Velocity
Velocity, located in Austin’s Desired Development Zone, is part of a federally designated Opportunity Zone and Triple Freeport Zone. It features 3,300,000 square feet of office space, 600,000 square feet of flex and creative space, 310,000 square feet of commercial space, 3,000 multifamily units, and over 100 acres of green space.
Nearby, H-E-B has acquired land, and Tesla’s Gigafactory has created over 13,000 jobs. Austin Community College is developing a $200 million Advanced Manufacturing campus, and the Texas Division of Emergency Management is constructing a $370 million headquarters and State Emergency Operations Center.

7. Pecan District
The Pecan District in Pflugerville, Texas, spans 45 acres and includes 1,280 multifamily units, 952,000 SF of office space, 208,000 SF of retail space, and 191,000 SF of hotel space.
It also features 1.77 acres of public plazas and 6 acres of green space. The development is designed to create a vibrant, integrated community for living, working, and leisure, with easy access to major highways and public transportation.

8. Pearson Ranch
2,600,000 square feet of Class A office space, along with 200,000 square feet dedicated to retail, restaurants, and community areas. Two hotels, thousands of multifamily units, and 30+ acres of parks
